One of the newest and freshest best-selling series of Eluktronics is the Eluktronics P650RP6 gaming laptop, powered by the cutting-edge NVIDIA Pascal architecture. This gaming laptop is slimly packed on one inch thin but provides an absolutely powerful and immersive virtual reality gaming experience. The good thing I most like about it is the NVIDIA GameWorks technologies that gives users an exceptionally suave, cinematic gameplay experience, plus an innovative NVIDIA Ansel that lets you capture 360-degree in-game pictures and view them in VR later on. The Eluktronics P650RP6 packs a very smooth chassis, wherein it displays performance yet doesn’t yell an annoying “look at me” in the development. It does not only do good for gaming, as you can bring this gaming laptop into your professional environment with confidence that it will make you look definitely professional, unlike the colors and shapes found in most gaming laptops that apparently prove it is only for gamers.

My take on the Eluktronics P650RP6
I am currently using the Eluktronics P650RP6-G model and I can say that this laptop offers a lot more power and connectivity ports, and it really supports more external displays. Its internal hardware also has a variety of selection for expandability options, which is a very good thing. Other leading brands in the competition doesn’t even have this feature. With this gaming laptop, I can utilize my gameplay settings at the maximum level without any difficulties.
It is mainly operated by a genuine Windows® 10 Home 64-Bit. Completely clean installation, no bloatware, manufacturer’s applications, or such, only the operating system itself. Powered by the Intel Core i7-6700HQ Quad Core (2.6-3.5GHz TurboBoost, 6MB L3 Cache), which is a really great CPU, perfect for gaming and professional computing. It is also packed with an enough memory of 8GB DDR4 2133MHz RAM for a smooth gaming laptop experience. I personally do not experience major lags and drawbacks with the Eluktronics P650RP6-G. For the display, it gives us a 15.6” full HD IPS monitor that has anti-glare features. Its pixel resolution is 1080p, at 1920 x 1080. Apart from gaming, I use it to view HD movies because it does the job well. Along with its display is the graphic card of 6GB GDDR5 VRAM NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1060. I can completely say that this version has it all for gaming. The primary storage is at 128GB Performance M.2 Flash SSD SATA III, which is for the main system. While it has 1TB 7200RPM SATA III Storage Hard Drive as the secondary slot for files, software, and other documents or personal libraries. Though, the optical drive is a negative. It would’ve been better if it has one.
For the connectivity, all I can say is that it’s perfect. It packs an Intel Dual-Band Wireless-AC 8260 2×2 and Bluetooth 4.2. I can connect to the WiFi anytime without a problem, and send or receive files through Bluetooth efficiently. It is also jam-packed with ports: 2 USB 3.1 Gen 2 port of Type-C, 3 USB 3.0 Ports, HDMI 2.0 with HDCP, 2 Mini DisplayPort v1.3, Gigabit Ethernet port, 2-in-1 Audio Jack of Headphone and S/PDIF Coaxial output, 1 Microphone jack port, and a 6-in-1 SD Card reader.
What I like most about the keyboard is its very premium look. Not only that, it is also fully customizable. I can change the color of the LED backlit keyboard, and set personal preferences for the keyboard controls and game macros. It has WASD gaming key controls and 10-key numeric keypad built exactly for gameplay. Whilst the mouse is a built-in touchpad with Microsoft® Precision Touchpad (PTP) multi-gesture and scrolling function, and the usual dedicated left and right buttons. It is a bit not responding at times, but that is not a major problem, as I myself use external USB or Bluetooth mouse because I don’t like trackpads.
Now this is one of the features I like about it: the webcam and microphone. It is packed with a decent 2.0MP full HD webcam and an array mic, wherein the mic supports Windows 10 Cortana’s voice command. I can easily do voice commands and Cortana does the job well! For the security, it has a fingerprint reader and TPM 2.0, along with Kensington Lock. I can fully manage the settings of my security and use my thumb to login with the Eluktronics P650RP6-G.
The only major feature I do not like on the Eluktronics P650RP6 gaming laptop is its audio. I feel like there is something lacking on it, though it is powered by Sound Blaster X-FI MB5 with Onkyo Speakers. Despite that, it’s no big deal as I use gaming headsets for audio, wherein it has a very good ANSPTM 3D sound technology on the headphone output.
I can say that I am enjoying the Eluktronics P650RP6-G gaming laptop. It is definitely one of the best, especially on its price range. It packs the latest technologies we have for an immersive gaming experience we have today, without spending too much for a gaming laptop.
